preparation
cooking in the convection oven:
  1. 1.Thaw the frozen pre-marinated paneer tikka for at least 12 hrs in the refrigerator (or flash thaw for 1 hr in room temperature water). After thawing, mix them well and set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. 2.Pre-heat the oven at 250˚C
  3. 3.Spread the marinated paneer pieces over a wire rack or greased tray; keep enough gap among the pieces to ensure effective heat convection. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. 4.It is ready when you can see the pieces turn brown in colour.
  5. 5.Remove from the oven and transfer into a serving plate. Serve with lemon wedges. You can also add diced onion and capsicum to cook along with the tikka as per preference.
