- Raw Penne Pasta150g
- Refined Oil10g
- Pasta Sauce150g
- Diced Onion30g
- Cauliflower florets60g
- Salt sachet-
- Diced Green Capsicum60g
- Sliced Black Olives20g
- Oregano Mix2 sachets
- Chopped Garlic10g
- Chilli flakes4 sachets
- Water60ml
preparation
- 1.Boil the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes. Strain the pasta in a colander and let it cool; sprinkle some oil to avoid sticking up. Set aside.
- 2.Heat oil in a large pan over medium-low flame; add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, diced onions and capsicum. Sauté for a minute.
- 3.Now add cauliflower florets and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add the pasta sauce, oregano mix, water and stir over medium-low flame until vegetables are cooked.
- 4.Add water to get the desired consistency of sauce, increase the flame and adjust the seasoning, if required .Cook further, stirring occasionally, until the flavors come together.
- 5.Add the cooked pasta and half of the olives to the sauce and toss it well to mix. Serve hot, garnished with black olives.
